Sit Tall or Stand Strong – September 5, 2023

 

Experience this program using a chair for seated exercises or standing support. This program will offer two versions of each exercise simultaneously; one instructor standing and one instructor seated. This program will offer movements to strengthen and stabilize our lower body using body weight shifting and balance exercises.
