Amanda, a Baycrest Recreationist, created an Alphabet Trivia series! Each episode focuses on a different trivia category, such as animals, countries, occupations and many more. For this episode, following along and try to name countries that start with each letter of the alphabet. Depending on the older adults’ cognitive abilities, as the caregiver, you can cater the level of assistance needed. If the older adult requires more assistance, feel free to provide them with prompts as they name applicable words. Trivia is a fun interactive game, challenges our cognitive abilities and overall stimulates our brains.
