This seated fitness class will move you through a variety of seated exercises designed work on core awareness, cardio fitness, and includes a 10-minute mobility and strengthening section for your upper body using optional light weights, body weight, or household items such as a plastic water bottle.

Classical DJ

Classical music composers, conductors and performers – even the great ones – are human beings. They have their likes and dislikes just like all of us. The great ones have some very high opinions of themselves, and low opinions on most others or things they dislike. This session will present the opinions, the likes and dislikes of several experts in the classical music field. You will be given a chance to agree or disagree with the opinions of the great ones and put them in their place.

Seated Exercise with Resistance Bands

This seated session includes core awareness, cardio fitness and optional resistance band exercises to increase muscular strength and improve your activities for daily living.  The facilitator will modify exercises for different fitness levels and the movements offered can be performed with or without a resistance band.
